Zutaten:

1 Packung Bio King Prawn Garnelen

1 Salatmischung eurer Wahl (Bei mir war es eine Blumensalatmischung und Blattspinat)

1 Handvoll Cranberries

1 Handvoll Parmesan

1-2 Knoblauchzehen

1 EL Kokosöl

für das Dressing:

6-8 EL Natives Olivenöl

6-8 EL Balsamico

1-2 TL Honig

1-2 TL Senf

1 prise Meersalz

1 prise Pfeffer

Zubereitung:

Nehmt einen Esslöffel Kokosöl und erhitzt diesen in einer mittelgroßen Pfanne, dann den klein gehackten Knoblauch beimengen und kurze Zeit später, könnt ihr auch schon die Garnelen dazugeben. Diese Je nach Größe, gut durchbraten und mit Salz, Pfeffer und wer Lust auf Schärfe hat, mit ein wenig Chilly würzen.

Während die Garnelen braten, könnt ihr den Salat vorbereiten. Einfach alle Zutaten in eine große Schüssel füllen und mit dem fertigen Dressing übergießen. Mahlzeit!
